About me
Sara is a long-time yoga practitioner and teacher, and in the last few years has dived deep into the study and practice of functional movement and strength training. Her training and teaching philosophy is all about finding balance, with equal attention on both mobility and strength training, and all with a solid foundation of breath and awareness. In the yoga world, there is a bias toward the mobility side of the movement spectrum and there is so much to be gained from more strength training. Sara sees how ready the yoga community is for a more balanced movement diet and is very excited to share what she knows about how to train functional strength safely and effectively to help people move better and feel more capable in their bodies.
