IMPORTANT: When making your schedule please only register for classes that are included in your ticket. 
The FULL RETREAT Pass begins at 3 pm on Thursday and includes events through Sunday. THE OG Pass begins at 3 pm on Friday and includes events through Sunday. If you accidentally register for a class that’s not included in your ticket you will be notified and removed.

Do not purchase a ticket without first confirming your lodging plans. All tickets are non-refundable, and unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions. However, you can transfer your ticket to a friend for a $20 fee. Click here for lodging info.

Yoga Meets Strength Training: The Turkish Get-Up

The Turkish get-up (TGU) is a comprehensive full-body exercise that will strengthen all the major muscle groups, increase mobility all throughout the body, and will improve conditioning or heart health. The TGU takes you from supine to standing with a weight in an overhead position – It is essentially loaded yoga and is highly accessible to yogis because the movements of the get-up will be familiar from yoga practice, and because the foundation for a good get-up is body awareness and breath. Come to this workshop to learn how to apply your yoga practice to a full-body strength training exercise that hits all the bases!  We will practice with blocks (provided) AND if you have a kettlebell or dumbbell at home, bring it and use it!

Unlock Your Potential: Functional Mobility Training for a Healthy Life
Healthy movement is one of the keys to a healthy life, and mobility is foundational to healthy and functional movement. While a regular yoga practice can help increase mobility slowly over time, a more targeted and well-rounded approach will speed-track progress and help identify a person's unique limitations and needs. This class is for anyone looking to dive deep into a functional and targeted approach to mobility training. Expect to move your body in new and different ways, explore the available range of all of your joints, uncover your limitations, and learn tools to help you overcome them. Our approach will involve some banded and weighted stretching and it will be structured more like a workout with reps and sets as opposed to a yoga-style flow or long stretches. You will learn to move more efficiently, prevent injury, improve balance and flexibility, build strength, and improve your overall quality of life!
