Sunrise Yoga 🌟 Embrace the Magic of Morning Practice
Friday October 4, 2024 6:45am - 7:30am CDT
Carpe diem!  Embrace the magic as the sun peaks over the mountain top along side your fellow yogi friends, new and old.  Wake up with Cheryl to focus your awareness and spirit within your body through this gentle flow, establishing a soulful daily practice. We will begin slowly with meditation, incorporate mindful breathing, and transition between postures with ease.  It's a blissful experience where your mind, body, spirit, community, and nature come together as one. Sunrise at 7:07 am.

Invigorate and wake up with a morning practice. We will begin slowly so we can lubricate the joints and encourage ease of movement after a night's rest. This class will move through standing grounding poses, sweet half sun salutations and vinyasa sequences with lunges, twists and shoulder openers. Eventually, we make our way back down to the earth to continue to facilitate a sense of awareness to the body so that we can take this into the rest of our day. We will end with a short breath practice that is intended to enliven our body and a short savasana connecting us to the earth. This class is open to all levels and is intended to help you move into your day with ease.

Conscious Relaxation: Yoga Nidra and Live Music
Friday October 4, 2024 4:30pm - 5:30pm CDT
Unwind and surrender. This class focuses on developing the ability to let go of the busy mind and senses, and instead, connect with the relaxed state of self-awareness. In line with yoga philosophy, self-awareness is considered the deepest aspect of the self, transcending the physical and mental layers, and inherently at ease. Many profound benefits of yoga stem from tapping into this essential state of being. Sara will guide a blend of gentle flow and yoga nidra, while Lucus provides rhythmic music to facilitate deep conscious relaxation. Crafted to enhance clarity and healing, this session will leave you feeling completely revitalized!

Yin πŸ’§All Levels Chill Yoga
Saturday October 5, 2024 1:30pm - 2:30pm CDT
Find a body and mind balance in this meditative practice where you will not only release muscle tension, but also release the dense fascia surrounding your muscles. You will be holding a fairly easy posture for about 3 to 5 minutes. When you release out of the pose, there will be fresh, new, oxygenated blood that will enter into the targeted area, so it's very healing for your body. This practice is known to reduce stress and anxiety, increase circulation, and improve flexibility. The class is for all levels.

Group Nap: Gong Sound Immersion πŸ’§Restorative Yoga
Saturday October 5, 2024 4:30pm - 5:30pm CDT
Nourish yourself in sound and meditation lovingly crafted to relax your entire being! Come experience an ancient, multi-dimensional sound immersion. This is an acoustic journey with tremendous transformative power. A gong delivers deep vibrational resonances and complex harmonics that extend an invitation to shed dissonant energy, liberate blocked energy, and attune to your best and most vital self. Of all the sound healing instruments, gongs are most well known for entrainment – the ability to synchronize brainwaves and offer the nervous system a profound reset. This class centers around the gong and incorporates other sound implements such as a chimes and crystal bowls with a guided meditation into and out of the session. Please bring your yoga mat and a blanket or two and come well hydrated to take maximum benefit of this experience.
