Conflict is a necessary part of improving and evolving relationships. In the heat of the moment, it is hard to see it this way, but conflict should be something that we all welcome and embrace because it is conflict resolution that leads us to deeper levels of love and connection with the people around us, whether they are our partners or family or coworkers or neighbors or even strangers. Hard conversations are a necessary part of conflict resolution, but many of us find ourselves avoiding hard conversations and landing in a minefield of resentment, anxiety, and stress because we are ill-equipped to lead a hard conversation and have a history of them not going well. This workshop is all about improving your relationships by leaving this avoidant behavior pattern behind and empowering yourself with the knowledge of how to have hard conversations. You will learn to be a better active listener and the seven steps of how to have hard conversations. Come ready to take notes and engage with others!
