The class incorporates arm balances, although they are not required, and is well-cued and articulated throughout your journey. Unlike a workshop style, there won't be frequent breaks for breakdowns; instead, you'll dive right into the practice and let it all out. This energetic Vinyasa style class aims to help you explore your comfort zone and embrace all aspects of yourself, including the shadow self, while being synced to the musical styling of TOOL and Led Zeppelin for an engaging and fun experience.
